UK Shared Business Services Ltd (SBS) are the Contracting Authority putting in place a Pan Government Collaborative framework agreement for their customers, and those of the Government Procurement Service, for use by UK public sector bodies identified at VI.3 (and any future successors to these organisations), which include Central Government Departments and their arm's length bodies and agencies, MOD, non departmental public bodies, NHS bodies , Research Councils and local authorities.
The above Public Sector Bodies have a need for minor products used for equipment, maintenance, and repair, and include first and second fix spares, tools and testing equipment. (These are the low value high volume products for maintenance and repair)

UK Shared Business Services Ltd (UK SBS) are tendering for a Pan Category, Pan Government Framework for the first and second fix (these are the low value high volume products for maintenance and repair) minor products required across all areas of work within these bodies.
There must be adequate coverage for the supply of these minor products within the Lots listed below.
Lot A - Electrical Equipment
Lot B - Electronic Components
Lot C - Mechanical Equipment
Lot D - Fasteners, Fixings and Accessories
Lot E - Tools - Hand and Power
Lot F - Batteries
Lot G - Test and Measurement Equipment
Each Lot will be broken into ranges to ensure at selection all ranges have adequate coverage within this Framework.
There will be no calibration or repair requirements within this agreement,.
There will be a requirement for some bespoke capability within the Lots, where some items may need some alteration, amendment to fill the needs of the customer.
This will be a Framework for 3 years with the option of extending the framework agreement on the same terms for a further period up to 1 year.

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: This authority will incorporate a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period at the point information on the
award of the contract is communicated to tenderers.
This period allows unsuccessful tenderers to seek further debriefing from the contracting authority before the contract is entered into. Applicants have two working days from notification of the award decision to request additional debriefing and that information has to be provided a mimimum of 3 working days before expiry of the standstill period. Such additional information should be requested from the address in section 1.1. If an appeal regarding the awared of a contract has not been successfully resolved the (for Public Sector) Public Contracts Regulations 2006 (SI2006 No 5)(for Utilities) utilities contracts Regulations (SI2005 No6)(delete where appropriate provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed
or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland). Any such action must be brought promptly (generally within 3 months). Where a contract has not been entered into the court may order the setting aside of the award decision or order the authority to amend any documents and may award damages. If the contract has been entered into the court may only award damages.
