The Provider will ensure that all children and young people, from birth to their eighteenth birthday, (up to 18.5 years old for Care Leavers), who are identified as having mental health problems and disorders have access to high quality, multi-disciplinary mental health services to ensure effective assessment, treatment and support.
The needs are evolving and as such the Contract will need to be scalable and may require the Partner to source, facilitate or deliver a number of additional services which might cover a wide range of health services, children's and family services, consultancy and training related activities.
