Whilst no business is guaranteed via a framework agreement, Contracting Bodies that have expressed an interest in using the new framework agreement and who will be permitted to use the framework are:
- 2.1. Humberside Police Authority;
- 2.2. North Yorkshire Police Authority;
- 2.3. South Yorkshire Joint Secretariat;
- 2.3.1. South Yorkshire Police Authority;
- 2.3.2. South Yorkshire Fire;
- 2.3.3. South Yorkshire Integrated Transport Authority;
- 2.3.4. South Yorkshire Pensions Authority;
- 2.4. West Yorkshire Police Authority.
(and their statutory successors and organisations created as a result of reorganisation or organisational changes).
