Rushmoor Borough Council is acting as lead authority on behalf of the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Procurement Partnership ("Hiowpp")for the purpose of establishing a framework agreement for the production and supply of nursery plants, bedding and trees. The Hiowpp members comprise of Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council, East Hampshire District Council, Eastleigh Borough Council, Fareham Borough Council, Gosport Borough Council, Hampshire County Council, Hart District Council, Havant Borough Council, Isle of Wight Council, New Forest Borough Council, Southampton City Council, Portsmouth City Council, Rushmoor Borough Council, Test Valley Borough Council and Winchester City Council. The framework agreement will be available to all Hiowpp members, any town or parish council in Hampshire, as defined by or under the Local Authorities (Goods and Services) Act 1970, and any state schools (excluding private schools) which fall under the responsibility of Hampshire County Council, Portsmouth City Council and Southampton City Council. Lots will be offered for different types of plants.
