Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: The University will incorporate a standstill period and issue standstill notices to all parties who submit a tender in response to this procurement opportunity upon completion of the tender evaluation process. The notification will provide information on the award decision. The standstill period will run for the minimum period required by the regulations which provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into by the University.
