Interested parties/prospective tenderers should note that all communication/emails including questions about this procurement must be made to the University through InTend. Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: The University will incorporate a standstill period and issue standstill notices to all parties who submit a tender in response to this procurement opportunity upon completion of the tender evaluation process. The notification will provide information on the award decision. The standstill period will run for the minimum period required by the regulations which provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into by the University.
The Public Contracts Regulations 2006 (si. 20006 No. 5) provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland).
