Interested parties will be tendering for work such as research, copyright, editing and design services of Livin’s core products. Livin will own the copyright on all materials produced.
Typically you will design and print a number of documents/projects throughout the year including but not limited to an annual report, tenant communication, information leaflets and media adverts.
As part of this work you will also develop creative solutions to overcome communication issues, including offering options and recommendations on how to best communicate messages, products and services including full campaign planning and specialist projects to meet desired outcomes.
In certain circumstances specific projects will have communication targets and evaluation methods including marketing return on investment (or an equivalent) which must be demonstrated.
