Anglia Support Partnership requires an electronic document management system and bureau scanning service to support its employment SERVICes business function.
The service currently receives around 63 000 documents per month and sends documents to the current Provider on a weekly basis in a batched format as agreed with the current Provider. Batch sizes will vary from 2-5 000 documents per batch depending on date in the month within the payroll processing schedule. The service has up to 100 concurrent users using a combination of "rich client" and "web based" connections to the master data server (hosted locally).
