London Borough of Enfield intends to appoint a development partner to deliver the Ladderswood Way Estate Place shaping programme a key component project of the New Southgate Masterplan. The core contract will comprise of aproximately: 236 private units for sale The reprovision of 86 social rented units The provision of 43 additional social rented Units The provision of associated landscaping and social infrastructure provision including public open space, community and commercial facilities as required in the scheme. There will be a requirement under the contract for the developer to progress the scheme straight to a detailed planning application within a timeframe agreed in competitive dialogue. A design and development guidance document has been produced for the scheme which can be downloaded from the Council website.
